This weekend, Pastor George Pearsons at Eagle Mountain International Church reminded us of a prophetic word spoken by Brother Kenneth Copeland 12 years ago. This word is still alive today.
“The world is in serious trouble, BUT for the household of faith and those that will cling to my Word, everything is going to be all right.
The world is in serious trouble. Some very hard things are coming in different places around the world. They are that way now and they’re not going to get any better. They will continue to get worse and worse. It is on a downhill run that the world cannot stop.
BUT for the household of faith, everything is going to be all right.
You will have to take a stand. You will have to fight the good fight of faith. But when did you not have to do that?
These are dangerous times. They are dangerous times financially. They are dangerous times in the earth because the earth is weighed under a gross weight of sin.
There are things and places and situations underneath the earth, in the oceans, and in the heavens that are being rattled and shaken. The earth is trying to break apart in different places.
Stand on my Word, and it will not come near you.
Praise and worship my name.
Don’t feed fear and trouble into your life through your mouth.
Quit living in that house. Get on back over here into the household of faith.
Feed on my word and not on the bread of sorrow.
Look in my face.
Praise and worship and preach the Word.
Praise and worship and preach the Word.
Everything is going to be all right.
Your time has come. It is your time to excel. It’s your time to do exceeding, extraordinary things in the financial world, in the medical world, and in all the areas where the world is in such dire trouble and are so confused that they are confused beyond their ability to understand how confused they really are. And they are hurting and crying out because of it.
BUT for those in the household of faith, everything is going to be all right.”

Well, that word’s just as relevant (if not more so) now than it was 12 years ago, right?
Let’s look at John 17.
As Jesus was at the Passover meal, toward the end he is wrapping up praying to the father. We see that in verse 1. And then as we go down through the chapter, he talks about the name and the Word . . . “I have kept them in Your name. I have kept them in Your Word.”
And keep in mind, Revelation 19:13 says “His name IS the Word!”
And so we come down to verse 14
“I have given them thy Word, and the world has hated them because they’re not of the world, even as I am not of the world. I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. Sanctify [or separate them, in other words, keep them from the evil] through thy truth: thy word is truth.” John 17:14-17 KJV
And we know it’s the word of faith. Paul said it’s the word of faith that we preach.
Hebrews 4:2 – the Word doesn’t profit without faith.
So it’s the Word of Faith that will keep us from the evil!
