YOU ARE CALLED BY GOD TO LIVE EXEMPT!
“I would they were even cut off which trouble you. For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.” – Galatians 5:12-13 KJV
If you have been watching the Covenant Living broadcasts or reading your recent Partner letters, you already have a pretty good idea of the word from which “liberty” is translated. It is the Greek word eleutheros which means “exempt from obligation or liability.” Interestingly enough, the word translated “called” in verse 13 also means “named!”
You can just call me David “exempt from the law of sin and death” Weeter!
The Lord has had me sharing the message of exemption for months now. I have shared it all over the world and that is what I want to share with you this month because YOU made it happen and are right in the middle of this ministry with us!
It still absolutely amazes me that, through your faithfulness of prayer and finances, and through the very strategic doors that the Lord has opened to us, EVERY SINGLE BROADCAST we produce goes all over the world!
Each broadcast is shown throughout the United States on multiple networks on Dish, DirecTV, Spectrum cable and various streaming platforms. Each broadcast is seen throughout the world via YouTube as well as several other streaming platforms. The audio teaching is available on all major (and most minor) podcast platforms around the globe and is transmitted via short wave radio (9.965 MHz) throughout the Philippines, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, eastern Mongolia, southeastern Russia and even into parts of Indonesia and the communist nations of North Korea and eastern China! The short wave radio transmission alone reaches a potential 900,709,000 mostly unchurched people!
YOU MAKE THAT HAPPEN EVERY SINGLE WEEK!
Recently, you made something else quite wonderful take place! Toward the end of 2022, my dear friend and founder of the Armada Network, Dale Armstrong, reached out to me. He has been involved in strategic, boots-on-the-ground ministry in Ukraine for decades and has only gotten more involved over the last year since the war broke out. Dale contacted me with a vision and a question. He said the Lord had placed it on his heart to hold a pastors retreat outside of Kiev and invite pastors from churches in the “front line” cities to come be refreshed. They have been experiencing things nobody should have to experience and have stayed with their congregations through it all.
Dale said, “David, I believe the Lord would have you come teach faith to these pastors and get them built back up, will you do it?”
Will I do it?!?! Are you kidding me???? LET’S DO THIS THING!
Well, all of the plans supernaturally came together and I left the U.S. on April 6th on a monumental ministry trip to Ukraine!
And YOU made it possible!
There were far too many wonderful things happened to include in this letter but be sure to tune into the Covenant Living broadcasts! We are in the planning stages now for Dale to join me for a series of broadcasts where we will be discussing the ministry that took place and the roll that Partnership plays in miraculous meetings like these.
You see, to put it succinctly, what we have here is a 1 Corinthians 12:26 situation. One part of the body (our Ukrainian members) are suffering right now. They don’t have the financial ability at this moment to pay for anyone to come in and teach them faith and love them and build them up even though they desperately need it. So, another part of the body (YOU – my Covenant Partners) step in and say, “We love you! We are going to pay to send David over there to be an instrument for the Lord to use to love you and build you up in faith so that you, in turn, can minster to your people!”
This, my Covenant Partner, is no light thing!
This is a very supernatural, holy thing and is the Biblical model – God’s way of doing things!
Supernatural emotional and physical healings took place. Renewing and refreshing took place. It was very precious in Jesus’ eyes and marvelous in mine! Here are just a few testimonies . . .

I could go on and on but here is the point I wanted to bring to you and encourage you to keep in the forefront of your thinking all the time – YOU DID IT!
You were right there with me the whole time because you sent me! You share equally in all the Heavenly and earthly rewards that come from every single thing that took place on this trip!
Most of you are familiar with the law that was established in 1 Samuel 30.
“And David came to the two hundred men, which were so faint that they could not follow David, whom they had made also to abide at the brook Besor: and they went forth to meet David, and to meet the people that were with him: and when David came near to the people, he saluted them. Then answered all the wicked men and men of Belial, of those that went with David, and said, Because they went not with us, we will not give them ought of the spoil that we have recovered, save to every man his wife and his children, that they may lead them away, and depart. Then said David, Ye shall not do so, my brethren, with that which the LORD hath given us, who hath preserved us, and delivered the company that came against us into our hand. For who will hearken unto you in this matter? but as his part is that goeth down to the battle, so shall his part be that tarrieth by the stuff: they shall part alike. And it was so from that day forward, that he made it a statute and an ordinance for Israel unto this day.” – 1 Samuel 30:21-25 KJV
You can also see this law in effect in Jesus’ ministry in Luke 5.
“Now when he had left speaking, he said unto Simon, Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught. And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net. And when they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake. And they beckoned unto their partners, which were in the other ship, that they should come and help them. And they came, and filled both the ships, so that they began to sink. When Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus’ knees, saying, Depart from me; for I am a sinful man, O Lord. For he was astonished, and all that were with him, at the draught of the fishes which they had taken: and so was also James, and John, the sons of Zebedee, which were partners with Simon. And Jesus said unto Simon, Fear not; from henceforth thou shalt catch men.” – Luke 5:4-10 KJV
Now I want to ask you something. Who received the instruction from the Lord on what to do? Peter.
Who acted on the instruction and physically threw the net? Peter.
Who reaped the physical benefits and reward from it? HIS PARTNERS!!! The ones who came along side to help him!
